Construction Specials in Santa Clarita, CA
Call (661) 542-4056 and ask about our current construction specials in Santa Clarita. We run a short list of straightforward offers here at Elmstead Remodeling because we know a kitchen or bath remodel is one of the biggest checks a family writes. The offers below are grounded in what we already do on every job: a written price before work starts, drop cloths and shoe covers, and a photo of the clean-up before the crew leaves. If an offer saves you money, good. If it just removes the guesswork, better.
Current Offers
Free Written Estimate on Any Remodel
Every project starts with a written, line-item price before any work begins. That means you’ll see the number for cabinets, fixtures, labor, and clean-up spelled out before you sign anything. No estimates that grow after the crew arrives, and no vague allowances that balloon later. This applies to bathroom, kitchen, and whole-home remodels in Santa Clarita.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (661) 542-4056.
Senior and Military Courtesy: 5% Off Labor
We set aside a labor discount for Santa Clarita seniors and active-duty or retired military households as a small way to say thanks. It comes off the labor line in your written estimate, not buried in material markups. Bring it up when you call and we’ll apply it before the estimate is finalized.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (661) 542-4056.
First-Time Customer: Free Hardware Upgrade Consultation
If you haven’t worked with us before, we’ll walk your project and recommend specific fixture and hardware choices from Kohler, Moen, and Grohe at no charge. You’ll know exactly what each upgrade costs in writing before you decide. This is a consultation, not a commitment, and it’s a good way to see how we price without pressure.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (661) 542-4056.
Seasonal Whole-Home Remodel Review
Planning a bigger project across multiple rooms? We’ll do a full walk-through of your Santa Clarita home, identify what needs work now and what can wait, and hand you a written plan with phased pricing. You’ll see exactly where every dollar goes before you decide what to tackle first. This review is free and comes with no obligation.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (661) 542-4056.
Cabinet Brand Selection Discount
When your kitchen or bath remodel includes KraftMaid or Wellborn cabinets, we’ll discount the design and selection time we’d normally charge for custom layout work. You still get the full written plan and manufacturer warranty, just without the planning fee line item. Named brands with warranties you can verify independently.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (661) 542-4056.

How to Redeem
Redeeming any offer is simple. First, call (661) 542-4056 and tell the live person who answers which offer you’re interested in. No voicemail, no bot, no waiting until Monday. Second, we’ll book a time to walk the project and put together the written estimate with the offer applied. Third, present the offer again when the crew arrives so the project lead confirms it’s noted on your paperwork. The written price you see is the price you pay.
Why These Offers Exist
We don’t run flashy seasonal deals very often. What we do instead is keep a small set of standing offers that make a remodel more approachable in Santa Clarita without cutting corners. The 365-Day Done Right Promise still applies to every project we complete, stamped and in writing. The clean-up photo before the crew leaves still happens. The shoe covers and drop cloths still go down before one tool comes inside. These offers are not a reason to lower our standards; they’re a reason to pick up the phone without wondering if the first visit will cost you something.
If you live in Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, or anywhere else in Santa Clarita, call us at (661) 542-4056 and ask about the current specials. Graham Stein, Owner, personally reviews every estimate before it goes out, so you’ll know the numbers are real and the scope is clear. Mention this page when you call and we’ll honor the offers listed above through March 31, 2027.
